Proc\u00e9s d\u2019investigaci\u00f3 imparcial:<\/strong> Un cop es presenta una comunicaci\u00f3, el nostre equip d'experts investigar\u00e0 minuciosament l'assumpte de manera objectiva i diligent de conformitat amb la normativa interna i la legislaci\u00f3 aplicable. Al llarg de tot el proc\u00e9s s'han de respectar els drets dels involucrats, en particular la presumpci\u00f3 d'innoc\u00e8ncia.<\/p>
Protecci\u00f3 contra repres\u00e0lies:<\/strong> No tolerem cap forma de repres\u00e0lia contra les persones informants de bona fe. Estem compromesos a salvaguardar els drets i la integritat dels qui s'atreveixen a informar de qualsevol irregularitat. Prendrem mesures disciplin\u00e0ries apropiades contra qualsevol individu que prengui repres\u00e0lies contra una persona informant.<\/p>
Dilig\u00e8ncia:<\/strong> Les persones gestores del canal tramitaran diligentment les informacions que se'ls hagi comunicat. En tot cas, s'ha d'adoptar la decisi\u00f3 que sigui necess\u00e0ria en el termini m\u00e0xim de tres mesos, llevat de casos d'especial complexitat que requereixin una ampliaci\u00f3 del termini, cas en qu\u00e8 aquest es pot estendre fins a un m\u00e0xim de tres mesos addicionals m\u00e9s.<\/p>
Resoluci\u00f3 i seguiment:<\/strong> Un cop conclosa la investigaci\u00f3, prendrem les accions necess\u00e0ries per abordar el problema identificat i, quan sigui possible, prendrem mesures correctives per prevenir futures irregularitats.
